
On the afternoon of January 23, 2026, the 2025 Annual Summary and Commendation Conference as well as the 2026 Annual Business Work Conference of Ningshing Trading Group were held at Kai Zhou Hotel. The conference adopted a "offline meeting + online live broadcast" format. More than 40 people, including the chairman of Ningshing Holdings, the management team of Ningshing Trading Group, middle-level and above cadres, and award-winning representatives, attended the meeting in person. Employees from each company and department watched the live broadcast of the meeting through the DingTalk platform simultaneously.

The meeting was chaired by Vice General Manager Li Junbo. The participants first listened to the 2025 annual work report delivered by General Manager Zhang Lei. The report stated that in the face of the continuous downward pressure on global foreign trade, the company adhered to specialized operation to achieve stable and rapid development. The trade, industry and research projects achieved breakthroughs in both production capacity and benefits, and the management continued to consolidate the foundation for development. The overall operation maintained a stable and positive trend, demonstrating the company's strong development resilience and innovative growth momentum in the complex and changing circumstances. The report also proposed clear improvement directions for the existing problems.

Work Report
Mr. Zhang focused on planning the work for 2026, proposing that the company's overall business strategy should revolve around the concept of "promoting stability and improvement, and conducting healthy operations", adhering to the professional development direction, maintaining the integrated operation model of trade, industry and research, strengthening comprehensive budget control, enhancing innovation leadership, accelerating digital transformation, speeding up the cultivation of new business teams, and striving to become one of the top suppliers in the industry's specific fields and major target customers. He also put forward new requirements for the work in 2026: comprehensively enhance the quality awareness of all employees to better meet the needs of mid-to-high-end customers; focus on strengthening the quality management awareness of all levels of cadres, improving work efficiency and production efficiency through refinement, digitalization and intelligence; strengthen cash flow management, improve the efficiency of fund utilization, and ensure financial health. The report clearly defined the overall business goals and main work measures for 2026, calling on all employees to maintain determination, enhance capabilities, unite as one, and do a better job in all tasks with higher standards and stricter requirements, creating new competitive advantages and opening up a new situation of high-quality development.

During the session where the award-winning representatives delivered their keynote speeches, four award winners - Tong Xiaojian, Li Ruowen, Peng Lianxiang, and Zhu Haojie - respectively discussed topics such as the in-depth strategic development and innovative growth of Ningshing Shoe Industry, strengthening risk management to ensure stable business development, leveraging production bases to explore the advantages and challenges of the sunshade market, and the advanced path of the new generation in expanding digital trade. They shared their concepts, measures, and practical achievements in management and innovation.

In his closing speech, Wu Yigang, the chairman of Ningxing Holdings, highly commended the trade group's determination and proactive response in the complex and challenging environment in 2025, which led to a counter-cyclical growth in business performance and a steady improvement in management level. He pointed out that 2026 marks the beginning of the "15th Five-Year Plan", and the Ningxing Trading Group should seize the opportunities, adhere to specialized operation, refine products, strengthen brands, and achieve brand empowerment to expand Ningxing Foreign Trade.
