From August 28th to September 3rd, Zhang Lei, the general manager of Ningshing Trade Group, Zheng Haibo, the deputy general manager, and Xu Guangjie, the deputy general manager of Ningshing Shoe Industry, visited the DJM rubber shoe production base in the Dominican Republic to inspect and guide the work.

During the one-week on-site investigation, Mr. Zhang and his team delved into the production workshop, storage area, and employee activity Spaces, etc. Through on-site inspections, real-time inquiries, system demonstrations, and data queries, they gained a thorough understanding of the current production operation and management status of DJM. They focused on core links such as product quality control, material consumption optimization, and the achievement of production targets. During the inspection of the production workshop, General Manager Zhang and his team carefully observed the implementation of the standardized operating procedures (SOP). The achievements made by DJM in effectively enhancing product quality consistency, reducing material loss and improving the overall efficiency of equipment through measures such as refining management units, optimizing operation procedures and strengthening process control were highly affirmed. It was also pointed out that it is necessary to continuously consolidate the existing achievements and further explore the path to improve production efficiency.

During this period, General Manager Zhang and his team also focused on learning about the construction progress of the ERP management system. They highly recognized the effective support that the launched modules of the system have brought to management, emphasizing the need to promote the ERP system to achieve real-time data linkage and efficient business collaboration throughout the entire process, from order receiving, production scheduling, material distribution, quality control to product shipment. And made clear arrangements for the next stage of system construction work.

At the symposium for Chinese employees, Mr. Zhang first, on behalf of Chairman Wu Yigang of Ningshing Holdings, extended sincere greetings to all Chinese employees who remained at their posts. During their stay in the Dominican Republic, Mr. Zhang and his delegation also paid a special visit to Mr. Chen Luning, the Chinese Ambassador to the Dominican Republic.
