On the afternoon of July 25th, the 2025 semi-annual business operation conference of Ningshing Trade Group was held in Shaoxing. More than 40 people, including the management team of the trade group, general managers of each company, middle-level cadres of various departments, and some business backbones, attended the meeting. General Manager Zhang Lei delivered the semi-annual work report of the Trade Group for 2025, comprehensively reviewing the overall business operation of the company in the first half of the year and making arrangements for the key tasks in the second half. He pointed out that in the first half of the year, in the face of severe challenges such as market turmoil caused by the US tariff policy, shrinking international demand and the rise of trade protectionism, all companies and departments adhered to the goal of "stabilizing and improving quality", focused on professional operation, delved deeply into trade, industry and research projects, strengthened comprehensive budget management, accelerated digital transformation, achieved "half the time, half the task", and the overall operation was stable and improving. While affirming the achievements, Mr. Zhang emphasized that the current external environment is unlikely to improve in the short term, and there should be no slackness in the work in the second half of the year. He demanded that all business segments continuously enhance their professional operation capabilities and resolutely stabilize the basic position of foreign trade. Focus on enhancing the profitability of key projects and spare no effort to achieve new progress. Strengthen digitalization and intelligence construction to drive the upgrading and development of foreign trade 2.0; We will closely focus on the weak points and bottlenecks to break through them, further enhance the level of operation and management, and spare no effort to achieve the annual business goals.

At the meeting, four individuals, Tong Xiaojian, Wu Chaochao, Zheng Hui and Gao Jie, made exchange speeches on the theme of "Management and Innovation". They respectively shared cutting-edge concepts, practical measures and practical achievements on the current development status and response strategies of the rubber shoe industry under tariff barriers, the exploration of the transformation path of the Senfu Sunshade project, practical inspirations for the clothing sector in dealing with the tariff friction between China and the United States, and the daily application of AI automation technology, providing diverse ideas and useful references for the next step of work.

During the conference, a trade, industry and research project management experience exchange salon was also held. Relevant management personnel focused on the market expansion strategies, product innovation and development, supply chain and warehouse management optimization and other topics of the two key projects, DJM and Senfu, and conducted in-depth discussions. They jointly explored solutions to the difficulties and pain points in actual operation, and achieved mutual learning and reference of high-quality practices through experience sharing. Practical and effective viewpoints have sparked numerous constructive ideas, providing new perspectives and impetus for subsequent management improvement.
