The Party Member Congress of Ningbo Ningxing Trading Group Co., Ltd. of the Comm

On the afternoon of June 12, 2025, the Party Member Congress of Ningbo Ningxing Trading Group Co., Ltd. of the Communist Party of China was grandly held on the third floor of Tianning Building. A total of 59 Party members from various branches attended the congress.

The conference was presided over by Comrade Wu Xueyong, a member of the Party Branch Committee and the executive vice general manager of Ningshing Trade Group.

At the meeting, Comrade Zhang Lei, a member of the Party Committee of Ningshing Holdings and the Party Branch Secretary of Ningshing Trade Group, delivered a work report titled "Party Building Leading the Way, Gathering Strength and Empowering, Striving to Write a New Chapter of Innovation and Breakthrough, and Providing a Strong Guarantee for the High-quality and Sustainable Development of the Company" on behalf of the Party Branch. The report reviewed the main work and achievements of the Party Branch of Ningshing Trade Group over the past five years from five aspects: First, we have strengthened the leading role of Party building, promoting the integration and mutual promotion of Party building and business operations, and significantly enhancing the political core role. Second, we have consolidated the foundation of grassroots Party building, and steadily advanced the standardization and specialization of Party building. Third, strengthen the construction of the talent team to provide organizational and intellectual guarantees for the company's innovative development. Fourth, deepen the construction of spiritual civilization and gather positive energy for the development of enterprises. The fifth is to deepen democratic management and pool the strength of mass organizations. Deepen the integration of the Party and business, and serve the overall development situation; Consolidate the organizational foundation and build a strong talent team; Promote innovation-driven development and enhance quality and efficiency.

The congress elected the new branch committee of the Communist Party of China Ningshing Trade Group through a secret ballot. The committee consists of five members: Yang Zhefang, Wu Xueyong, Zhang Lei, Zheng Haibo and Dai Lei. The first plenary session of the new Party Branch committee elected Zhang Lei as the Party Branch Secretary and Wu Xueyong as the Deputy Party Branch Secretary.

Secretary Zhang Lei made a statement of commitment on behalf of the new Party branch leadership of the Trade Group. He said that Ningshing Trade Group is currently at a critical stage of transformation and upgrading. The new Party branch leadership team feels a sense of honor and responsibility. All members of the leadership team will live up to expectations, unite to gather strength, create achievements through hard work, and establish an image with integrity. They will unite and lead the majority of employees to seize development opportunities, be bold in reform and innovation, and promote the high-quality development of the company.

Finally, Comrade Gao Ping, the Party Secretary of Ningshing Holdings, delivered a speech, extending warm congratulations on the convening of the conference and the newly elected members of the Party Branch Committee. She highly affirmed that in the past few years, the Party General Branch of Ningshing Trade Group has led all Party members to closely revolve around the company's innovation and development plan, focusing on market expansion, product upgrading, digital trade promotion, and breakthroughs in trade, industry and research projects. They have overcome difficulties and made bold breakthroughs, writing the spirit of dedication and tenacious struggle of Ningshing people, and promoting the company's innovative transformation and steady progress. She hopes that the new Party branch committee will strengthen ideological education, firm up ideals and beliefs, enhance team building, boost development momentum, strengthen self-construction, stimulate organizational vitality, enhance cultural construction, and pool development synergy. It should lead all Party members and cadres to shoulder responsibilities, hold high the banner and forge ahead, and fully play the role of the Party organization as a fighting fortress and the vanguard and exemplary role of Party members. Promote the in-depth integration of Party building work with production and operation, strive to transform the achievements of Party building into new advantages for enterprise development, strengthen confidence, work hard, innovate and act, break through and forge ahead, and spare no effort to complete all the annual target tasks and achieve new development for the company.
